“Elizabeth made our trip so easy. She took all the hassle out of renting gear. Elizabeth was at the location before we arrived (our flight was delayed, on time and delayed again) and picked up the gear on time (before we needed to take off for our flight). I didn’t have to keep updating my arrival time bc Elizabeth was on it and tracking our flight. She made everything super easy especially with our 3 year old toddler. The gear was in pristine condition. Thank you for making our trip a great one!!”
