She so helpfully and gently guided this somewhat clueless grandmother thinking through what our visiting grandchildren might need, even suggesting items I hadn’t considered but proved to be essential. As both the young families were arriving by plane, and could transport only clothing, Helen provided everything that two infants and two toddlers would need (and enjoy) for a whole week. The equipment was so clean it looked brand new. The toys she selected were perfect for the ages of the children. Helen cheerfully hauled in heavy cribs and a car full of gear, setting it all up for us, so that everything was in place long before the families arrived. Helen made the entire experience so easy. Working with her was just wonderful . She is terrific. ”
