Included with the Snoo are a Sheet and a Snoo Sack. Please indicate which size Snoo Sack you would like ( small, medium, or large) in the notes when ordering. If you prefer to bring your own, please note.

Also, please share a screenshot of your Snoo Settings ( if you are an at home user), so I can set up your Snoo for you. You can text me a picture at 561-288-0006, please do not attach via BabyQuip Messenger.

Snoos work best on secured WIFI 2.4ghz networks. If staying at a hotel, I suggest planning on bringing your own router or I will have manual mode available to you in your settings as well. I cannot guarantee your connectivity to the app as it is variable on your WIFI connections. Your Snoo will be able to work in manual mode by pushing a button if you cannot connect.

DELIVERY NOTES

IF DELIVERING TO A HOTEL:

Please share the EXACT name on your hotel reservation in the notes section, along with your check in dates. I will have your crib waiting for you prior to your arrival if time allows.

IF DELIVERING TO A VRBO/AIRBNB:

Please provide your host name/contact information so I can deliver to you. You may also share your code if you prefer. Please select your delivery time. Please note I will attempt to set up for a "nap ready" environment prior to your arrival. If this is not possible to provide host info/door codes, I will leave your crib at the porch should you not be present at the time of delivery.

IF DELIVERING TO A PRIVATE RESIDENCE

Please indicate if you will have someone able to assist if the crib needs to go up stairs. Please leave your delivery contact's name and information in the notes. Please note if there are any gate codes/ guard gates/ special delivery instructions we should know.
