For Hotel Deliveries:

• Include the exact name on your hotel reservation and your check-in dates. If time allows, we’ll have your items ready and waiting for you upon arrival.

For VRBO/Airbnb Deliveries:

• Provide your host’s name and contact information, or the access code if you prefer. Choose your preferred requested delivery time. If we cannot access the property, we will leave the items on the porch if you’re not present.

For Private Residences:

• Leave your delivery contact’s name and information, and include any gate codes, guard gate instructions, or special delivery notes.
