Monthly rate is based on a 28-31 day period. Rentals beyond 31 days will be prorated at the daily rate of $2.50 per day.
It can be used in the rear-facing position from 5-40 pounds or forward-facing from 22-40 pounds. This is a great and light weight for traveling!
