“Communicated and accommodated before scheduled dates to arrange for times that fit for us. Drop off was hours late due to a personal issue of hers but she did communicate with me. One item was broken but was able to still work. Pick up was a bit wonky and I had to leave the items outside because of time restrictions but she was okay with that and communicated with me on that as well.”
