“this was my first time using BabyQuip and im so glad we ended up with Brittany! we were visiting Portland from Massachusetts so renting a full size crib was the best option. We were supposed to arrive at 4pm, however many delays made it so we didnt get in until 10pm! I stayed in constant communication with Brittany about the delays and she offered to go to our airbnb and set it all up so it ready to go when we got there which was incredibly helpful! She was very nice and professional and i would absolutely recommend using Brittany!”

“I’m so glad I found Brittany’s BabyQuip “store” among all the possibilities in the Portland area. Not only did she have everything we needed and all her items were clean / in perfect condition, but she was also super helpful - explaining any questions we had about the gear, giving super clear instructions where to meet, being flexible through all our confusion (our first time traveling as a fam of 4!)… Top notch items and service, would highly recommend, and we’ll definitely reach out to Brittany next time we visit Portland!”
Excellent first time rental
“This was my first time using BabyQuip for a rental. I had originally reserved with someone else, however that person could not guarantee their items so the rental got transferred to Brittany. Brittany was very good with communicating with me about the rental, making sure the transfer was okay and was flexible. Overall a smooth process!”
