Friendly, good communication, good quality except crib mattress really unsafe
“We had a good experience overall-communication was great with an easy drop off/pick up. Our rental included beach toys and there were TONS! The pop up baby beach tent was great too. The folding full size crib was a bit worn but fine. The only problem was the crib mattress-the mattress given to us didn’t actually fit the crib. There was a gap of at least 5-6 inches that we had to stuff a blanket in. Thankfully we were using the crib for our almost 3 year old so we weren’t worried about his safety but this set up would be incredibly unsafe for an infant-a gap between the mattress and the crib side (especially one that large) is a MAJOR suffocation and entrapment risk. They need to go through all of their crib mattresses and ensure they actually are the proper dimensions to use in a full size crib. Besides that, everything was great.”
