I am a mom of 3 under 6 and a CPST. I’m thrilled to assist you with all your baby gear needs! NYC is a very unique and busy place! In order to provide the best possible service to all my customers, strategic timing of deliveries/pickups is critical. Please select *the time you plan to start using your gear* and the *time you plan to be finished with your gear*, and I will have your items delivered at or BEFORE that time/picked up at or AFTER that time, respectively. DUE TO CONGESTION PRICING, ALL Manhattan deliveries/pickups will be at 9:00pm or later! This means I will deliver the NIGHT BEFORE your arrival and pick up the night of your departure, with no extra charge to you. IF YOU ARE STAYING AT A VACATION RENTAL, YOU *MUST* CONTACT ME PRIOR TO BOOKING! Your flexibility is greatly appreciated. By delivering after 9pm, I can take advantage of reduced toll rates and avoid passing high toll costs onto all my customers. Thank you :)

I'm a mom of three under 6 and a certified CPST. Car seats can be daunting for parents, especially to safely and effectively clean them. You can rest assured that your seat (and other gear) will be handled in a very specific and safe way, and will be returned to you exceptionally clean. **Please note, I do not clean SNOOs.** --------------- **FOR CAR SEATS: I will be unable to safely clean your seat if it has evidence of mold, rodents, or rust, or is expired. Pickup fees are non-refundable once I have arrived. **I will reach out to you directly to coordinate pickup and dropoff once I receive your booking. Your flexibility is greatly appreciated!

Brittany immediately reached to let me know that my reservation had been transferred to her, and that she could help me. Brittany suggested an alternate strolled and dropped it at our hotel almost immediately. The stroller looked brand new and worked perfectly. She made everything so easy, and was genuinely kind. I highly recommend her service. ”

I had a confirmed booking with Baby Gateway but they cancelled my order the day we arrived in NYC because they were too busy. I was in a panic and Britney and BabyQuip came to the rescue! Everything we rented from her was very clean and almost brand new. She was very pleasant and super helpful.
