Monica follows all product manuals & manufacturer recommendations for item cleaning & maintenance. She exclusively uses manufacturer-approved cleaning products such as ECOS Free & Clear Dishsoap, free & clear detergents, tepid water, as well as organic cleaning agents whenever possible (car seat cleanings may be the exception as per manufacturer recommendations). “Everything was great”
Communication was gruff, equipment was clean and worked
“This was an odd first experience using this service. I needed two car seats and was told we could only meet at the cell phone lot, so there was lot of juggling kids/bags/car etc. at the terminal to send a representative to the cell phone lot for the seats first. We gave notice best we could for a ten-minute head's up as instructed (offering wiggle room and an earlier warning) which was met with curt, impatient answers. We did our best not knowing Tucson or the airport at all to predict exact arrival time at the cell phone lot. I offered to give a ten-minute head's up for the return and got a response saying we HAD to be there exactly at 8AM because she had other clients and so on...I was only following instructions from the first encounter! I'm sure this job is stressful but I felt scolded like a child the whole time. My husband and father who had to pickup/dropoff the seast because I was with the kids/luggage were met with a huff too. So strange, maybe it was just a bad weekend for her.”
