“At 3:45 I received a text stating they were 30 to 40 minutes late. At 4:36 I texted to see if they were close and received no response until. I again text at 4:55 to find out the status but received no response. The front desk called and they asked the status and they said 20 minutes. I finally received a response at 5:10 stating they had one stop before me. At 5:20, 5:39 and 5:45 text to find out what’s going on. At their point I figured that the stroller was never coming. Finally at 5:55 I received a text stating that the stroller was at the lobby. The stroller was suppose to be delivered by 4pm which I received the text that they were running late which I was fine with but after that it felt like I was getting ghosted with no response and when I finally received response it was never acknowledge my texts that I was sending. ”

“The climbing toy was clean and in good condition. Chloe & Alan have grown this operation larger than their capacity to deliver on time. They accepted my reservation the day before with a 4-6pm delivery but weren’t able to get the product to us until 11pm. We were refunded for the day we missed use of, but I would have rather had it delievered a day late and not have had to stay up unsure of how long it would be until arrival. ”
