“We decided at 10pm that we needed a wagon delivered to our hotel by 8am the next morning. Lisa went out of her way to make that happen for us. She quickly texted me that the wagon we rented had an issue at the moment and provided multiple alternatives, including ones that were pricier than our original reservation at no charge. We loved the wagon we ended up with. She was flexible on the pickup time, and very prompt for both pickup and delivery. She also provided instructions for the wagon and a bike lock. I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting San Antonio.”
