“I had high hopes as this was my first time using BabyQuip. everything was fine and dropped off accordingly alrhough the monitor was volume only, so i couldnt see my daughter (this was different then the rental photo). I was also charged for a sheet that was too small for the pack&play provided which wasn’t my problem. Otherwise there was good communication! ”

“Erika was punctual and communicative, friendly and helpful. We agreed to an earlier pickup time than scheduled, which worked out for both of us. It was nice having the crib arrive and then gone so I didn't have to think of my baby in a pack-n-play for an extended time or buy and bring a crib with us. My only complaint is the mattress was heavier than the one I use at home so it was more of a challenge to change the sheet. But that is minor compared to everything positive.”
