“Monica delivered the item within the chosen time frame. The item was of high quality. However, the delivery was to my mother’s house and when Monica arrived, she decided it was appropriate to drill into my mother about the distance she had to drive to make the delivery. If Monica only wants to make deliveries within a specific range of distance or time, that is something she should adjust so she doesn’t show up in places she’s not content to deliver to. It is not mine or my mother’s fault that she had to drive a distance she was unhappy with and speaking to customers about this topic was a bizzare choice. But still, the crib served its purpose. 4 stars. ”
