Smooth rental progress, but products fell short
“I rented a toy package and a Shibumi shade. Unfortunately, the toys provided were not age-appropriate for my 3-year-old. They were geared toward much younger children, so he didn’t play with them at all—they just stayed in the bag. The Little People vehicles were missing the figures, and an alligator matching game was missing a piece, which made them less engaging. One of the rods on the Shibumi shade was cracked and broke when trying to assemble it, so we weren’t able to use it. On the positive side, pickup and drop-off of the items were very smooth and easy, which I appreciated. Overall, while the rental process itself was convenient, the quality and suitability of the items did not meet my expectations.”
