Aloha.

5 “5 Stars!!! We had originally only ordered child carriers for hiking from Melissa, but after a snafu at Hertz upon arriving in Hawaii, we were in desperate need of two child car seats very last minute. Melissa was able to accommodate by personally driving to meet us at the pickup location to help sort us out with the car seats. My family and I were extremely grateful and we give her the highest recommendation we can possibly give!!”

“Melissa was absolutely incredible to rent from! This was our first time using babyquip and we are so happy with her service. She dropped off all of the gear right on time and set everything up for us. The toys and books were perfect for our son and he loved them so much we ended up ordering some of them online to have at home. Im so glad we got a full size crib for our stay, our son was so comfortable and slept so much better than if we had gone with the hotel provided pack n play. Melissa was so accomodating when we had to suddenly change our travel plans due to a hurricane watch. She was amazing at working around our changes and was great at communicating with us. Her help made us so excited for our future trips to the big island! ”

“Melissa was absolutely wonderful! Her communication was excellent from beginning to end, and every item we rented was spotless, clean, and in great condition. She even picked out the perfect toys for our 1-year-old granddaughter, she loved them! Having everything there and ready for us made our trip so much easier and so much more fun for our granddaughter, her parents, and us grandparents. It truly took so much stress out of traveling with a little one. We had such a great experience with Melissa and would absolutely rent from her again. Highly recommend!”
