4.86 “Overall this was a very easy and great expereince. A few things did stress me out a bit. I found out the stroller we wanted was missing shortly before we were supposed to recieve it. Drop off time wasnt clearly communicated when it was pushed back a half hour so i had to call when i didnt get a text back while waiting at the door for 10 min. Service was kind, apologetic, and helpful when showing me how to work the new stroller choice. They gave us a free weather shield for the change of stroller which was nice too. We appreciated being able to leave the stroller with front desk when we needed to check out! Everything worked out good. Thank you!”
