Great products, communication needs improvement
“products were clean, individually packed and had clear instructions on how to use. Babyquip was a last minute find and discovery before our trip to vegas and the availability of baby products saved us and our LO this trip. However, the lack of communication was not helpful even after reaching out to say this is my first time using the app and service. I had no instructions on how delivery or pickup worked until I asked for it during my scheduled time slot. Leslee did respond with instructions but it seems to be information you would think a provider would want to communicate beforehand with the customer instead? Especially since we are obviously not familiar with the process but also our surroundings while we are visiting. scrambling to figure out where meetup locations are on the fly is not a good experience when you have a baby with you. ”

“The wagon itself was wonderful to use with our 3 kids. It was in great condition. Leslee lacked communication and promptness. Delivered outside the designated pickup window. With no communication as to when they were planning to drop off until it was an hour past drop off. ”
