5 “Exceptional quality and service. Due to some traveling hiccups along the way, we missed our drip off window by hours. On a friday night. Sarah was so kind and understanding and was able to adjust her plans to accommodate us. The quality of the stroller was great as well and we received so many compliments in the parks. We rented the Zoe Trio, a 3 seater stroller that really saved us theoughout the day. All of our kiddos were able to take breaks and naps comfortably anywhere and everywhere without having to worry about having to go back to the hotel. And at the end of our trip, pick up was a breeze. Her associate, Riley, was also incredibly nice and patient with us. Overall super satisfied with everything, and would HIGHLY recommend Sarah and the Zoe Trio!”
“I booked a single BOB stroller at 7:30 pm the night before our 3 day Disneyland trip and Sarah was able to drop the stroller at the front desk of the hotel at 6 am so we had time to Rope Drop! Great stroller, excellent customer service and communication. Highly recommend Sarah! ”
