When I had my first experience with BabyQuip as a renting customer, I knew immediately that I wanted to get involved and pay it forward. I have many years of Human Resources experience in the hospitality field, so I know the importance of thorough communication and excellent customer service. When you rent from me, that's what you'll receive - in addition to clean, high quality gear. I have two girls of my own (ages 4 and 20 mos), and as much as I love traveling with them, I'm amazed every time by the amount of STUFF they require! The first time I rented from BabyQuip, it was a game changer for me, and I look forward to providing that same level of convenience and peace of mind (and hopefully a much lighter suitcase) to you. “Jamie was thoughtful and detail oriented from the moment I reserved. She texted right away to confirm date and times. She even set up the pack n play and slumberpod for us while we were out exploring which was such HUGE help when we got back and my baby was ready for a nap. She went above and beyond and packed a gift bag full of surprises for my little ones- which they both loved. She also gave us kid friendly recommendations around town. We plan on coming back to visit family in Boston and will use Jamie again if her gears are available. Highly recommend her! ”
