“I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Laurence! She was absolutely amazing and her gear was in pristine shape. I originally booked with another provider who ended up transferring my order to Laurence on the day of our arrival. Laurence immediately reached out to let me know she would be helping my family and I, and was able to keep everything we had set up exactly the same. About one or two days into our rental we realized we needed to add more items. After reaching out, she immediately responded with exactly what we needed and had it delivered a few hours later. Talk about service! I truly appreciate how responsive, helpful, considerate, and kind Laurence was to us. I highly recommend her services for all families visiting the San Diego area!
