Elissa was quick to respond and so kind during a difficult time for my family. She went above and beyond. She has an extensive collection of gear and had everything I needed. All of the gear was clean and organized. My daughter absolutely loved the toys she picked out. She even left some extras for us which was so thoughtful. I realized I needed a nightlight after our first night, and she had it ready for pickup so quickly. I plan on renting gear from Elissa on future trips to CT and highly recommend her!!
