4.97 “Overall this was a good rental experience and I feel a little badly about leaving a four-star review, but if I'm honest, there were a couple things that did not live up to our expectations. The inflatable toddler bed I had reserved was delivered without an air pump. Caroline quickly arranged delivery of an alternate inflatable bed with a different style of pump, but it did not come with a sheet and mattress cover, and the ones that had come with the first bed did not fit. We improvised with what we had on hand rather than call for another delivery from Caroline's team. The other issue was that there were significant clumps of sand stuck to some of the beach toys we rented and the sand got all over the floor of our hotel room when we pulled a few toys out to pack for the beach. A little sand is to be expected in a beach town but it was not just a dusting, it was dried clumps falling off. This surprised me because previous reviews commented on how clean the items were. On the plus side, communication with Caroline was great; she was responsive and answered all my questions. The beach towels we rented were big and soft. The potty was spotlessly clean and perfect for our toddler. The huge sack of beach toys was so generous we had to pick only a few to carry to the beach. Handoff of the rentals through the bell desk at our hotel was seamless. ”

“Overall, good experience. Communication was great, and they were flexible with pick up. The car seat we received was a little wet, which I’m assuming meant it was cleaned recently and just hadn’t dried fully, and had requested a potty chair and only received a potty insert. Otherwise great experience and would use again.”
