“I am so grateful I found this service and picked Shawna to rent from! She was so helpful from the very beginning. Responsive, kind, and available for a phone call to answer my questions before I even placed the order. Our phone call put me at ease because I could tell she was confident and knew what she was doing. When I finally arrived at the airport, overwhelmed and alone with my baby, she was so patient with me when we had a hard time finding each other. When it was time to drop off the items my ride ended up taking longer than expected but she was patient with me again and everything went smoothly. There is no way I could've brought a stroller and carseat with me for this trip, with all the other bags I had, so I am so grateful for this service! If you're on the fence I definitely recommend renting from Shawna!! ”
