“Betiana was very friendly and seemed available through text easily, however the items were amazing and I needed no extra help. Pick up and drop off was very straight forward and easy. Not betianas fault but I was very surprised at the cost of renting baby items. It's an industry standard that I think might have gotten a bit too high.”
