“MacKinzie went above and beyond for my family. Our initial order was cancelled by two different providers (Melina Z. and Carly V.) less than 24 hours before our trip. MacKinzie saw that our order was being passed around and was ultimately cancelled and immediately gave me a call and told me she had almost everything we needed for our trip and that she will deliver to our location before we were set to arrive. Everything arrived on time, clean, and ready to use. MacKinzie made a really terrible experience using BabyQuip a lot more pleasant and I just wish more providers and the corporate representatives could be like her.
