“We rented a stroller from Brenda y Dani. The quality of the stroller was very good. Had no problem with the more uneven streets in Mexico City. Communication was good.”

Stroller was not Delivered
“I reserved a stroller to be delivered between 6:00 and 8:00 pm because I knew we would be able to receive it at that time. By 8:00 it had not arrived and I had not received any communication so I called the provider. They said they could not deliver until 10:00 am the next day which conflicted with plans we had for the morning. When I voiced my disappointment asked about other options for delivery times the provider cancelled my reservation. We had to rent a stroller from another provider at twice the cost. The other provider was very helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate with but out experience with Brenda y Dani was disappointing and stressful. ”
