As a pediatric therapist, I am a huge fan of sensory bins and all the benefits they bring. Not only are the children having a multi-sensory experience that is great for learning, but they are also working on things like visual scanning, in-hand manipulation, hand strengthening, grasp, visual motor integration skills, and so much more. These are great for occupying the kids while you are trying to get dinner done, on those rainy days, or whenever you see fit. Bins can be customized based upon interests and age.
