I originally hail from New Orleans but relocated to Orlando for my husband's career. With many southern similarities between the 2 cities I felt like I never left home. When we are not visiting our home town of New Orleans; my spare time would include cooking up some Cajun concoction or spending time with family! In New Orleans we are known for food, festivities, and generous amounts of hospitality. If there is one thing a southerner knows, it’s hospitality and going the extra mile. “Melissa was such a communicator and was on top of every detail! She was more than accommodating on my rental, and was so kind and flexible when my trip plans changed. I know it was just a stroller rental, but her help and commitment to providing our family with the best, made our trip to Disney wonderful. Definitely recommend her and will use her inventory again!”

“Unfortunately had a few issues with our reservation, would not book again. Drop off time was delayed a few hours, nespresso machine was not the same as the one we reserved online, and communication wasn’t great. Melissa remediated the coffee machine issue by dropping off the compatible pods since we had purchased and packed the type of pods needed for the machine in the listing. FYI we reserved an original machine and recieved a vertuo. Too many unpleasant phone calls and inability to follow directions to our hotel. First time babyquip customer looking for a simple solution to traveling with kids and we ended up speaking every day of our vacation due to some issue. ”
