“Fatima was a superstar. When BabyQuip’s delivery truck had a flat tire shortly before Christmas, Fatima made absolutely sure that we got our rented toddler bed for our visiting grandson in time for our his holiday arrival. Fatima ensured we had a perfect Christmas !! Pickup of the bed went equally smoothly. All in all, Fatima went above & beyond to make sure we got the toddler bed, its mattress, and its sheets when we needed it. Thank you, Fatima !! PS: we are fans of BabyQuip overall. About four years ago we rented children’s equipment & toys for a lake vacation out West. That was also a 5-star experience: great droppoff & pickup, and all the rented items (a water table & more) were clean and in excellent shape. We’ve found BabyQuip to provide needed services in an exceptional way. A real godsend for grandparents. ”
