“I had never used Baby Quip before and needed a whole pile of car seats last minute. Kristen was extremely responsive, and was texting me to confirm within 45 seconds of me putting in the order. She preconfigured the car seats for the right ages and made sure I had what I needed. Drop off was a snap. Everything was perfect and clean. And then, when flights were cancelled in the snow, she was a breeze to work with to extend our rentals. Highly recommended!”
