“Kelley had great communication as we had travel time to figure out and she was responsive and helpful! Our orders were at the house when we arrived, nicely packed. The toys for our toddler were a nice match. The crib, mattress & stroller were great condition, well-cared for, and made our family gathering special for our little one too. Highly recommend!!”
Great gear, not the best service
“I've used BabyQuip a ton for travel and never had any scheduling problems. Kelley approved an order from us and cancelled the day before, when it was too late for me to make a different plan. On a separate reservation later in the week, she arrived over an hour after our scheduled time - usually I'm flexible with things like that but it meant no pack and plays for nap time with two little kids that were exhausted from a week of travel. Gear was great and clean, but given the amazing service I've had with other providers, I was definitely disappointed this time.”
