Confirm pricing before Booking
“Equipment was in good condition, however service was not the best. Before booking, I texted the provider making sure that our location was in her delivery area and that we would fit in her schedule. She confirmed TWICE. Everything was delivered on time but the next day she sent us a message saying that it took her longer than expected to drive to the location we were staying because of traffic. She then insisted on charging us an extra fee to cover her time. I do not think it is fair to charge the customer for unexpected delay, especially after I confirmed with her two times that she could make the trip with no problems. In any other business, when a contractor gives a price, that price does not change because the travel time to the job changed. Frankly unprofessional. ”
