“This was our first time renting on BabyQuip, we chose Stephanie based on her ratings and reviews and I’m so happy we did! All of the gear we rented was in great shape and clean. During our stay, our rental stroller got a flat tire and within an hour Stephanie had a replacement plan for us and swapped out our stroller shortly after! We will definitely be renting from Stephanie again for future Hilton Head stays!”

Easy and Stress Free
“All equipment was in great condition, clean, and was waiting for us when we checked in. High quality items. There where no issues. Easy and No Stress. Cant possibly travel with our Snoo, so it was amazing to be able to have a Snoo on vacation waiting for us. Stephanie was great to work with. Fast responses, and for pickup she came directly to our room to collect the equipment. Note: Not related to Stephanie (so not considered in the 5star ratinf), but I am not a fan of the way BabyQuip charges for the number of days. We arrived at 4:00pm on Wednesday for checkin, and Stephanie was at our room retrieving the equipment on Sunday at 8:00am. We were charged for 5 days. Maybe taht wouldnt matter as much for smaller items or orders, but for higher daily rates this seems like a poor policy. We only were able to use the equipment for a maximum of 3 days, 16 hours, yet we were charged for a full 5 days. I think BabyQuip needs to address this policy to make it more fair, especially on days that are later arrivals or very early deparures (like taking the equipment back at 8am, which we had to wake up our baby in order to return the Snoo). I dont see how it is fair to charge a daily rate for items that you dont even get to use past 8am. ”
