(AND we keep our gear meticulously clean!) **We know all of the hot spots and the best places for kids. Just ask! :) **All items rented are in excellent condition. Once items are no longer up to our high standards, they are donated to local families in need.**

4.96 Cancelled order without much communication
“I've made a number of panicked, last minute orders and usually it works out. Not this time.. To be fair, my order was made within 48 hours of when I requested the gear, but despite initial communication it was cancelled the day of delivery without much heads up that cancellation was going to happen. I believe the provider wanted some information for delivery, but made little effort to get it and didn't make it clear she was going to cancel the order if the info wasn't received by a certain time. Frustratingly the info wasn't even relevant because we were waiting at the location for delivery during the time she indicated drop off would occur. When I tried to follow up phone calls went straight to voicemail. I asked about renting other days or picking up and was ghosted. Found her responses rude and unhelpful. My order was last minute, so there's that, but I was surprised at her lack of communication and rudeness.”
