4.78 Worst babyquip experience Ive ever had
“we travel very frequently and use this service a lot. ive never had such an awful experience in my life. It started a couple of days before my trip. she contacted me to say the jogging stroller was broken (not ideal as we were doing the thanksgiving 5k), but these things happen. I was very understanding and made a new reservation with a different provider (at cost to myself for extra delivery) for the stroller. she did offer to fully transfer my reservation however the other provider did not have all the items that i needed. then comes the day of our arrival. id booked and paid for delivery of the items between 8-10am knowing i had a toddler who had a nap at 1pm and doesnt sleep in a bed yet so we needed the pack and play. i contacted the provider at 11am to follow up and state by when i needed the items. she quoted holiday traffic (however i searched both google and waze from her location and there was none) and that she couldnt get me my items for when i needed them (3 hours later than my latest delivery slot). she then transfered my reservation to another provider who had the items and could get them to me. i stated i just needed the pack and play and would still like my other items from her. this was ignored. the other baby quip provider dropped off the pack and play, a disgustingly dirty high chair (i took photos), no bath toys, and different toys (cheaper and far less engaging) than the ones i booked. i took this up with tammy and she argued with me that my items were there and it was a day before a holiday so had a lot of orders. having a lot of orders is not a surprise to her, this should have been planned for better or not so many orders taken. she then threatened to cancel my reservation all together when i said how disappointing it was, which would have left me (a heavily pregnant mum of a toddler) without any sleeping or feeding equipment for my toddler. we have family in charlestion and travel here multiple times a year. i will never use tammy again nor would i recommend anyone else do unless you have complete flexibility on items arrival, cleanliness, and dont care if some are missing and incorrect. ”
