“Not only did Jenny have everything we needed, she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She suggested play locations near us and checked in on our stay. She did this all while celebrating milestones with and keeping up with her own family/kids. Highly recommend. ”

“Jenny SAVED us on a recent trip into Milwaukee! We assumed our hotel would have a pack n' play or crib for our baby. We flew in late at night and as a second stop in our journey so we couldn't take a travel crib with us. I found Baby Quip and was connected to Jenny immediately and late in the afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when she said she had what we needed to rent, knew the hotel, and could have it set up in our room upon arrival that night. After a long day of travel with an infant this was AMAZING and we were so grateful for Jenny's professionalism, kindness, responsiveness and help! She even included an adorable book to read to our little one while staying at the hotel. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing service and can't thank Jenny enough!!! ”
The Perfect Answer for Grandparents
“Last year the three year old twin grandchildren visited us from Colorado and the flight so difficult because of all the equipment that they carried with them. Keeping track of and carrying the bulky equipment and keeping the children safe was too much. I worried that they would hesitate to come again. I found the Babyquip site- and this was the perfect answer for this year's visit.. Jenny Sprague had an amazingly complete catalog of possible rentals- easily providing the quality and safety that the parents demanded. She worked with us to be sure that the car seats were the perfect size and type needed for the children. Her offer to deliver and pickup the equipment was perfectly timed to my schedule and she was on time to the minute. She even had a surprise present for each child and mentioned several places in the area that might be great outings for our family. Jenny was above and beyond what we expected and I highly recommend working with her.”
