Great items in great conditions
“Was so grateful to have all of our rented items for our Maui trip. Everything was in great condition. One thing I would note is that the pack n play technically has a “mattress” but its not really a mattress. It’s just the hard pad that goes down, so you will want something for on top of that, especially if your baby is used to a nice comfy mattress. ”
Dirty bassinet and uses third party to communicate via text message.
“First- Although we pre-areanged pick up and drop off time and location ahead of time on the BabyQuip app Stephanie had her “assistant” text my personal cell to re-arrange time and location for pickup and drop off. It was super annoying to have to re-coordinate and for the assistant to change plans multiple times. Second- the Snoo bassinet was filthy. Obviously no care is taken to properly clean or sterilize between rentals. This was also obvious when the assitant finally came to pick up the snoo as they had several other snoos that were all banged up in the back of the SUV. ”
