5 “As always, Dorothy was punctual and cheerful. The car seat was clean and like new. My only complaint is that the delivery fee goes up during certain hours. The fee should be a flat rate. ”

“Great communication, energy and wonderful product! Well kept and maintained. I used the Pico Wayb carseat for my two year old, visiting a friend in San Francisco. I didn’t want to lug my carseat through the airport and have trouble with it’s size in my friends car with installation and ease of access. My friend has a two door Mini Cooper and it was the perfect car seat for the trip! Easy installation! Thank you again Dorothy! I would just say keep in mind for the little ones that it’s best to sit next to your little ones for head support if they fall asleep, especially if they are still rear facing like mine. I also like to make sure my little one is a snug as possible and the carseat belts left little red marks after she used the seat but I would just pull up her clothes a little higher to give her neck coverage and put a layer between her skin and the seatbelt. ”
