“Our Babyquip reservation was switched to Melissa a couple of weeks before our trip. She immediately reached out to let me know and check on our order. She made some excellent suggestions and was very quick to respond to questions. She took the initiative to contact where we're staying to see if she could drop off everything before we arrived. It was all there waiting for us. We reserved a toy selection, and the bag we got was amazing! Our 2yr old son was beyond excited with all the options.
