“We recently rented toys and equipment for our two year old for our stay in Costa Mujeres. Vicky was extrmeley helpful and accomodating on every front. In addition to the toys and equipment rented she allowed us to send an amazon package to her place ahead of time (box of diapers which helped us cut down on bulky items in our suitcases). As well Vicky shopped and bought us some milk for our child ahead of time which was really helpful as we had it right in our room and didnt need to bother running to the restaurant or bar at the resort everytime we needed a bottle filled. I was extremely happy with the service provided and the communication with Vicky before during and at the end of our trip. Drop off and pickup at the resort was easy and smooth. I would not hesistate to rent from Vicky again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone travelling to the area who wants to reny equipment and toys etc. Vicky went above and beyond for us and I know she will do that for all her clients.
