Monthly rate is based on a 28-31 day period. Rentals beyond 31 days will be prorated at the daily rate of $12.00 per day.

To set up: just unfold, remove mattress, place bottom board down, and place mattress back inside. I love this crib! It comes with mattress, a mattress cover and fitted sheet.
