“Overall very pleased with my first BabyQuip experience. Pedro (I think that was his name) did our drop-off & pretty much just said here you go.. I really wish he would’ve shown me / I would’ve asked how to fold the double stroller. Ended up having to wing it at the shuttle bus, which didnt work very well. YouTubed directions after that embarrassing moment & holding up the line. One of the fisher price toys didn’t work/needed new batteries but not a huge deal. Drop-off & Pick-up were on time & easy/quick communication. Would definitely suggest & would use again!”
