“Prior to our arrival Cathy was quick with communication and continued to check to see if we needed anything else. The day of our arrival our flight was delayed for 6 hours. She was great to work with and super helpful with directions on where to meet her when we finally arrived. Our car seats were clean and in pristine condition. She answered all my questions and upon return was right there to meet us at the car rental. I would highly recommend Cathy for any equipment rental needs. As a first time user, she made my experience great and positive. ”

They dropped off & picked up during the requested windows & the items we rented were in great shape!”

The bedding looked like top quality bedding and the baby monitor was perfect!!! But the best part was the exceptional service and Cathy’s sweet smile and likability!!
