Comes with regular seat which reverses & reclines. Best for 6 months up to 3 years old. HOWEVER, I'd be happy to swap out the regular seat for the newborn bassinet if preferred!
This stroller is an EXCELLENT choice for the Skyliner/monorail as it can be pushed right on without having to fold. If you take it on the buses, you will need to fold. To fold it, it's 2 steps. First remove the seat, then fold the frame down.
