“Rick was responsive, flexible and kind throughout the entire rental process. He communicated with us immediately after booking all the way through pick up. The crib looked brand new and our daughter was comfortable, she slept through the night which is huge when traveling! All in all an excellent experience and we will certainly rent from Rick again.
