Very responsive, but mattress set up too small
“We rented two cribs overnight for a toddler and an infant. GraceAnn was extremely responsive and easy to work with, flexible when our timing for arrival changed a bit. However the mattress (once it was in the mattress protector and sheets) was too small for the cribs, and left a several inch gap at the ends. Not a safe set up for an infant. We let her know afterwards and hopefully this will be fixed for the next family, but something to watch out for if you are renting for a very young kid. ”
