The TwinRoo+ is a twin car seat carrier. It requires adapters to work.
We have Chicco, Graco, and Nuna/cybex adapters available for immediate use. You can always bring your own adapters and we will discount it $2/day.
If you need any other type of adapters (Britax, UppaBaby), we will get them for you but we require at least a 3-day lead time - so this item is not available for last minute orders if you need adapters we don't have in stock.
