Great service and great gear

“Evelyn was super helpful. We requested she meet us at the airport as we were flying in and renting a car. She knew exactly where to go and kept in constant communication with us the day of. She tracked our flight so she knew when we had landed, and knew which rental car agency we were using. She carried the sparkling clean car seat to our car for us and made sure we were all set before leaving. She was available for questions over the phone. Upon returning the car seat, the same thing - constant communication and was there when we were. She was very gracious to us when we were 45 minutes later than planned, and gave us instructions for how to help better next time. Thank you!!”
