“Mallory was great! We were staying with my brother who lives in Denver and she coordinated pick up and drop off with him directly so everything was waiting for us when we arrived (with a very exhausted baby). We got a pack and play and the Poco hiking backpack. There was an issue with the locking clip not being in the correct position on on the backpack so it only stayed in the lowest position. Luckily our baby is tall enough that it still worked for us. Mallory was kind enough to give us a redund for 2 days of the rental due to the backpack issue. She and her husband were able to fix the clip so the backpack wasn’t broken, we just didn’t know how to fix it ourselves. Everything else was great and we would definitely rent from Mallory again!”
